This is probably the best accommodation we have had in our entire lives. It is definitely worth the experience. Mauricio and his wife are wonderful hosts who will make your stay PERFECT.

Very cute hotel, close to the beach, and the staff was amazing and always available to help. The rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was good and the restaurant/bar fairly priced.

Casa Shambala was a great stay. Wonderful little spot off the main roads. It was quiet and you didn’t hear any of the noise from the main roads. Wonderful units with great balconies. The pool was nice to cool off in on a hot day. The owner Vincent was very friendly and made sure you had a great stay. Highly recommend staying here and it’s also conveniently located.

Set within 200 metres of Punta Popy Beach and 700 metres of Pueblo de los Pescadores, Casa Picaflor B&B offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Las Terrenas. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. Featuring a private entrance, the bed and breakfast allows guests to maintain their privacy. I reccomend this stay in Las Terrenas! The room is very big and clean, located in a nice quiet garden but very very close to the city center and the beach. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we had a couple of small issues but communication was great and they solved them right away! :) They even offered us a welcome drink and gave us some nice suggestions about places to eat in Las Terrenas and some tips on our upcoming trip!

We’ve been coming to Las Terrenas for 20 years and have experienced quite a few accommodations. This year was our first stay at "Casa Barbara". The property is away from the noise and, with only three bungalows, it's peaceful and clearly arranged. Drinking water is automatically refilled by the host and not charged. Electricity, internet, and hot water are stable. Even though the beach is only a 5-minute walk away, the pool is a great alternative on cloudy days. There are plenty of shaded lounging and seating areas, and coffee and cold water are also available by the pool. The cleaning lady does an excellent job. The kitchen is very well equipped by Dominican hotel standards—we didn’t miss a thing during our two-week stay. After this experience, Casa Barbara will be the only place we stay.
