It only takes less than 10 mins to the main square/bus station. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They even gave me the map and recommended interesting activities to do in Fira. I highly recommended this place and I will definitely stay here if I visit Fira again :)

Gianna Suites is built in the traditional style of Santorini Island and offers comfortable rooms with private balconies and flat-screen, satellite TV. Some units have a spa bath or a shower with hydromassage facilities. Gianna Suites was easily walkable from both Fira and Firostefani but was located on a side street off the other side of the main road and therefore was quiet and peaceful, with lovely views out to the sea and flatter areas of Santorini. So it was also easily walkable to those areas as well. I especially loved the little private balcony which was warm and sunny and brought refreshing air inside. The hosts were exceptionally engaging and welcoming, offering a genuine sense of hospitality and organising tour and trip arrangements with sincere helpfulness. The drivers were also very engaging and genuine. Santorini, as a whole, treats visitors with great politeness. As an older, solo traveller, I felt safe and respected. I greatly appreciated their cheerful and honest responses, and also the self-respect and respect for Santorini that they showed. I value the authenticity which greeted me.

Not only did she answered all of our questions with detailed information, but she also recommended and helped us booked the sunset cruise experience, which was absolutely phenomenal. Ismail on the other hand, has carried our luggage ever since we have arrived at the hotel. He even took us straight to the location that we wish to visit. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and everyone at La Madeleine have definitely tried their best to cope with all our needs.💕 Thank you very much for the wonderful experience and we will not forget about the abundant breakfast every morning(morning!)
