As it was low season we got a room upgrade to the double room instead of the twin room which was highly appreciated. Very nice room and perfect location from where you can oversee old Al Hamra. Nice rooftop terrasse to watch sunset/sunrise. Jebel Shams is just 1h 10 mins from here so can easily be done as a day trip. Owner was very kind and showed us the entire property. Around the house you can find some really cute goats.

Beit Al Sabah Cafe is wonderful, with indoor and outdoor seating available. There is a restaurant called Alam, affiliated with the hotel, with a varied menu where you can order food and it will be delivered to your place of residence. The surrounding environment is very beautiful and the nature is breathtaking. And I forgot the sweet thing, which is having a cat with her two very beautiful kittens who love to play
