Now that our Armenia trip is coming to an end, we can easily say that Villa Mimi was one of our best stays. We were allowed to eat fruit from the garden and have never tasted better apricots! It really is a little paradise very close to Yerevan. We were lucky enough to enjoy it on our own. :) If you ask the owner, he makes breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price. He is very responsive, informative, and polite. Thanks a lot.

Hosts were amazingly hospitable. Since our flight was early in the morning (we departured at 4 AM), we didn't want to have breakfast. Lovely host Anush arranged a delicious dinner instead of the breakfast within half an hour of our arrival. She also gave us some fruits, toy and sweets for our child. In the end she organized our transfer to the airport free of charge and woke up before 4 AM to say goodbye. I give my biggest recommendations, as many other reviews I saw when choosing this object.

The family is very kind! We had diner and breakfast here and both were more than perfect! All dishes were vegetarian and very tasteful. it felt like home :). Strongly recommend this place if you want to see Amberd and/or climb Mount Aragats.

Really happy, perfect location, secure nice ambiance, comfort (house is very clean and open) feels right at home, very friendly and helpful hosts. Their son helped me to organize my transport to where I was going on a trip and around in the city, he also cared afterwards, if it has been a success. I really appreciate his special attention. The apartment is well located and easy to find and access if you go out or get delivery in. Yandex points it well in the map. Calm and easy location. The views are amazing.
