Not your standard stay above a typical local French cafe which could have been straight out of the serie " alo alo". The bar closed at 14 and our host showed us our room which was perfect. We could parc our bikes at the garage. The cafe was located in the middle of town so everything is nearby and town itself really nice to walk through.

What a great place. When you turn from busy N7 into the small road, you would not imagine how peaceful and secluded the Chateau is, following the small private road for another kilometer or so. The rooms are lovingly decorated, overlooking the fields and lake around. The hosts are very welcoming and the breakfast is beyond the usual French B&B offering. We arrived by bicycle and could safely store the bikes overnight.

Fabulous hosts with a beautiful garden - roses are divine. Breakfast room is a treat and a pleasure to start the morning there. Bicycles well looked after - definitely recommend as a Eurovelo stop!!!

This was a hidden oasis where we stayed on our journey between the Loire Valley and Dijon. Such a beautiful French house and garden - it was truly relaxing and felt more like you were a welcome guest in a friend's home. The French owner, Maria, was very welcoming and lovely, and with my schoolgirl French (and the occasional reference to google translate) we were able to communicate well. We had requested ahead of time to book dinner and it was really delicious - homemade soup, bread, and beef bourguignon.
