This extraordinary apartment is a hit! Central location, parking lot at the house, everything clean, imaginative and lovingly designed in a historic building, cosy! The kitchen is well equipped, also with everyday necessities ... exceptional: A special drawer with all conceivable spices! You will find various wines and soft drinks (white wine and rosé well chilled!) - the wines at pleasant prices and the soft drinks for free! It was a special pleasure to meet Gisli, the owner: such a warm and lovable man! He personally guided us through the house, the original domicile of his ancestors, and had a lot of interesting things to tell...everything here is exceptional! Note: There is a good bakery and cafe nearby. There is nothing negative to say! This was maybe the best accomodation on our two weeks trip to Iceland.

Very nice host. Gave us good tips and the rooms were very comfy. Even having the shower not in our room was no prob. All very clean and nice. Would always come back to this place if being in this area again

A beautiful apartment in a quiet and beautiful little town. It was incredibly cozy, we felt so relaxed there. Had everything we needed to make good meals, there was a newly renovated bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Easy to recommend! We especially liked their collection of board games, it was a nice change to not spend an evening in front of a screen :)

Very friendly service. We were there for the race weekend of Fossavatnsgangan 2024 and the hosts even put a breakfast package for us to the fridge. They also immediately helped when our car got stuck in snow. Just wonderful kind, gracious and helpful people!

A historic house with a character. The staff was very friendly. The location is very good -- a shop is just nearby, a good restaurant in-house and hiking trails start within walking distance.

The unit had a well equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer. It also had a washing machine which was very much appreciated. The owner Sigridur was very pleasant and helpful with suggestions of places to visit.

I particularly enjoyed gazing out of the window and taking in the picturesque landscapes and serene surroundings. Peaceful Location: Súðavík is a peaceful and charming village, and the apartment is situated in a quiet area, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. It's also conveniently located for exploring the Westfjords region. Attention to Detail: It was clear that the hosts paid great attention to detail to ensure a pleasant stay. Every aspect of the apartment was well-considered. In summary, the Súðavík apartment is a true gem in an already beautiful part of Iceland.
