Feel the country and the horses! We stayed here for one week and visited common and secret places nearby by the rented 4WD. Very close to the ferry (Landeyjahöfn) to the Vestmannaeyjar (Westmen Island). The cottage is clean and has a cooking place with all equipment you need (coffee machine, dish washer, microwave). Very nice,relaxed and friendly staff. My daughter also joined the famous black beach ride. Best thing: no TV set and the panorama windows.

A very cozy little house, exceptionally quiet and peaceful. The house feels warm and welcoming. The bedding and other supplies are also clean and cozy, giving it a home-like atmosphere. I would like to back again!

The set up was beautiful with a really high attention to detail. The showers were the highest quality, nothing like campsite facilities. The shared areas were stunning. The tent was warm and cosy and everything you could wish for was provided. The kitchen has full cooking facilities: 2 ovens, 2 hot plates, microwave, fridge and all pots and pans.

Everything - easy to find with clear signage, the hosts were lovely people, comfy beds, the room was spacious and extremely clean, shower had very good water pressure and was warm. Its about 15 min from Selfoss so really close to amenities but secluded at the same time. There is a fridge in the room for your own food, kettle and tea and a welcome biscuit. Easy parking just out front. We came a bit late around 10pm so didn't see the full kitchen but in the common corridor for the 2 guest rooms, there is a microwave and plates and cutlery for use probably because of those late check ins and snacks. So thoughtful!
