We were breathtaken by our first glimpse of Traunsee from the property—it was like something out of a dream. Even though there was no staff on-site, the self-check-in and key pick-up were smooth. (At first, the quiet, empty hotel and peaceful surroundings gave us a bit of a thrill after our long drive!) The free minibar was a great touch, especially when no stores or restaurants were nearby. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, all beautifully arranged. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

The overall look of the appartment (super modern, kitchen was equipped with everything), the position near all the lakes, and it was a bit secluded near the river, which made it nice and quiet to chill and relax. The house consists of multiple apartments of different sizes. We were on the lower level, and in spite of concerns it would be cold during our winter stay it was very warm. In fact, the apartment is heated from floors, which means your feet stay warm too. Besides that… Kitchen is well equipped. Apartment is very clean and modern. Bathroom has new and high quality faucets. Traunkirchen is a very beautiful destination with a dozen of trails for hiking. The hosts were friendly. Unfortunately, we broke some glasses because it was a big company, but this was resolved in a very reputable manner. We would come back again!

Wohnen am See Villa Schrötter direkt am Traunsee se encuentra en Rindbach, en la región de Alta Austria, a 18 km de Kaiservilla. In fact its 12/10. It was like in fairly tale. Location is just amazing. The garden is astounding with direct access to the lake. Apartment had everything we needed and was super cosy and clean with the greatest view we ever had in a rented apartment. We were traveling with one year old baby and everything was great. Maria, the host, was super nice and helpful.
