Both toilets are downstairs so maybe difficult for elderly but we had kids and they loved running up and down.

Nice bonus to have a coffee machine for the mornings too! The house is on a quiet residential street, very peaceful. Walking distance to Nagoya Castle and beautiful Meijo park.
