I had a delightful stay at this accommodation. The room was immaculate and appeared brand new, which made for a comfortable and refreshing experience. The affordability of the room was a pleasant surprise, providing excellent value for money. The lake nearby added a touch of tranquility to my visit, and the convinience of nearby restaurants made dining a breeze. This place left such a positive impression on me that I am eager to return for another visit.

We loved this place! The view is amazing, the rooms are very beautiful and clean. Good breakfast and super friendly staff with excellent service. We could get our breakfast very early before we left to theth and they also helped us with transport/taxi to shkoder.

We LOVED our stay at Iart! We booked the “Triple Room with Lake View”, and it was so comfortable & gorgeous! We had everything we needed and truly wished we had more time to stay. The space was spotless, décor was beautiful (inside and out), and the view was stunning! We liked that our place was gated … it would be perfect if you have kids, and they need a little space to play around safely outside. We enjoyed hearing about their venture to create this wonderful, family run residence. We also had a little tour of the other rooms, and they were equally as wonderful, with full window views of the water and landscapes. Our host was kind, friendly and engaging. She made us feel completely at home and her breakfast was delicious! Truly went above and beyond for us. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Wonderful villa. Beautiful decor, excellent facilities, amazing views. Short walk down the hill to the lakeside with nice restaurants. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the neighbours house which was wonderful. All in all a perfect place and a perfect stay

Very friendly and uncomplicated welcome from the whole family. As the house is some meters away from the lake, we had to push our loaded bicycles up to the entrance. Reward: the beautiful view on the lake. The breakfast was breathtaking - very, very good food and impossible to eat half of it. As a special service we had our cycling clothes washed in the afternoon. That was so helpful! Of course, we rewarded this with some additional Euros.

Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is provided, and even more — from cozy furnishings to thoughtful details that make the experience extra special. The outdoor area is well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. The owner was incredibly attentive to all our needs, and the communication was excellent and prompt.
