Absolutely lovely stay! Gasthof Post is a very cozy and clean place — we felt at home right away. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The hostess is amazing — so kind, helpful, and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Highly recommend!

A special, family-run hotel. Great atmosphere and exceptional staff. We stayed with dinner and breakfast and they were wonderful, thoughtful and varied. The location in the mountains and the view are absolutely fabulous! We stayed in the „Ferienhaus“ and it was huge, much larger than we expected based on the description. We were there with three adults and 6 kids and the kids just loved the house with all it’s rooms and areas to run around in. The staff on the horse farm were also wonderful, the kids loved the riding lessons. We also did the parent-led pony ride which is a 40 minute walk through the surrounding mountains… amazing! Best pony ride we have ever done, hands down. I highly recommend this place.

Touring on motorbikes leaves one at the mercy of the weather. The day we were to stay at Haus Walch the forecast was awful. I messaged our host and warned her to expect cold and wet bikers who may arrive earlier than expected. We were warmly welcomed and our wet jackets, trousers, boots and luggage were soon drying in the boiler room. Our room had everything we needed, plenty of storage, really comfortable beds and the ensuite shower was fabulous. There was a communal refreshment area where hot and cold drinks were available, which was a real bonus. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh bread, freshly boiled eggs, cold meats and cheeses, local honey, yoghurt, coffee...too much to mention...all presented beautifuly. Brigida, is an incredible host, went over and above what was expected by looking after 2 wet and cold bikers from the UK. Don't hesitate to book. Fantastic.

    Great option for your stay in Stanzach. We stayed in Apart Alpin while Hiking the Lechweg. It's a great apartment with everything you need, spotless clean, quiet, nice well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and very clean and airy shower. Susanne the owner was sooooo nice and welcoming. We arrived late so she gave me a ride to the supermarket to get there before closing, we used their bicycle to get to the shop for fresh bread early in the morning, used the laundry room when needed- really supportive and helpful. We highly recommend.
