The view around this resort is hard to beat. Just mesmerizing nature and mountains all around the resort especially from the "infinity" pool. Serene location and lovely staff. I enjoyed this hotel the most in China. Just make sure to bring a 360 camera. You will understand when you get there :)

We had amazing apartment for 4 people and great room for 2 people. Everything was clean and modern, all hotel was really comfortable, the view from the rooftop was stunning even the weather was under the dog. Our host war very kind and we had really nice talks. Thank you.

The location was excellent as well as the very very kind receptionist who helped us book all our tickets and plan our trips. Very cosy and clean! There are lots of places to eat nearby. I can only recommend staying here :)

Anthony was very helpful explaining us the places to go in the national park and helping us book the tickets for the heavens gate. The Zhangjiajie Forest park entrance is only 10 minutes walking from the hotel and he even accompanied us the first day hiking in the park.

Jenny was an amazing host, the best we could have wished for - incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helpful. From the moment we arrived (which was quite late but she waited for us), she kindly answered each of our questions, gave us very detailed instructions and advice on what places to visit, best timing, etc. Jenny also helped us book the tickets which was great! We loved the room - modern, decorated with taste, and the bed was so comfortable! Last but not least, knowing that my girlfriend is vegan, Jenny cooked really delicious food and treated us to her homemade dinner. Totally recommend this place. Thank you Jenny for all your hospitality and help. If we are ever in town again, we will definitely stay at your place!

Avobe the facilities, we want to mention the amazing customer service. We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10.     The hotel has a perfect location nestled in the National Forest Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - especially Xiaoxiao and her little brother - they helped us navigate common tourist attractions, arranged tickets and provided transport. The pool and scenery is definitely a highlight of this hotel as are the comfortable rooms! Very clean. Would highly recommend!

    Good Location. Room was very clean. Boutique type of hotel with very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Girl at the desk Anine, was extremely friendly and helpful. She has organised for me 5 days of activities in all must to see places around Zhangjiajie. And everything was done by Chinese-English handheld translator. I couldn’t have asked for more helpful and friendly staff at any hotel. Love the place and highly recommend to anyone traveling on the budget.

    Had an excellent time during my stay. The rooms were very clean and modern. Staff is also friendly and helpful, as they provided me explanation on how to make my way through Tianmenshan and Zhangjiajie National Park (Avatar Mountains) and I was picked up and dropped of at the airport. They also provided delicious food. The location is ideal, as it’s close to both the airport and Tianmenshan. Would definitely stay here again. (The quality of the photos is not so good as I took a video, but Booking won’t let me upload this)
