The flat is very big! we weren't expecting it! everything was super clean and spacious. the beds were comfortable and warm! the flat was very bright and close to the city centre and Ponchos Square! we would love to come back one day!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hostal is walking distance from the main plaza and other attractions. Very peaceful atmosphere and beautiful small garden. We planned to stay here 2 nights but extended to stay two more nights.

This is the best place that I've stayed at in all of Latin America. Apart from it being very economical, it is perfectly situated only a few meters from the centre on a hill with magnificent views, 360 degrees. I had a really nice room on the 3rd floor with beautiful mountain views and fast, stable WiFi. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, white sheets and plenty of blankets. The kitchen downstairs is massive and is the most equipped I've ever seen. The staff here are so kind and friendly that they go out of their way to help you. It's very peaceful and silent at night. The few dogs around rarely bark, and not for more than a minute or two during the day, so a perfect place to relax or work online.

Aesthestically it is warm and pretty with flowers,wood and brick.Thrre is a huge space in the back with grass,citrus trees and an avocado tree which attracted birds.The staff which is a family were the kindest hosts.I also appreciated they offered filtered drinking water to avoid the purchase of plastic bottles.
