The location of the hotel and our room was beautiful and perfect, close to the beach and close tot the marina. The staff is amazing: special thanks to the lifeguards at the beach and jetty: Ahmed Shaban, Mahmoud Refay, Monaim. Also at the snackbar we had the best service from Ahmed Kemal (Mido) at the bar and Saied from the snacks. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed Fouad and Dana from guest relations, they both do a very good job. I don't know the name of the housekeeper but he did an amazing job, everything was very clean. I would in the first place come back for all the staff and their service, they feel like family members. And after this I would come back for the food and location/atmosphere. Everything is just amazing and we extended our stay when we were here.

Felt like in heaven! Every staff here is super nice and always take care of the guest. The room is big and quite and clean. Every service gives guests a wonderful experience. There are also some shows every day, making my journey full of joy. Absolutely will come back if I return to Port Ghalib!

The apartment was simply perfect. Was so big, comfortable, with great views, the central AC system was awesome for the august weather. You can find restaurants, shops and scuba diving centers, at 5 minutes walking at the port. This area is really nice at night to go for a drink and grab something to eat. We were there for scuba Diving so it was the best decision ever to stay in port Ghalib. If you are planning to use the kitchen there is a local market at 5 minutes by Tuk Tuk. When we booked we were not sure if we could enter the beach because we knew the beach was in front of the hotel next to the apartments, but you can, they just checked we were staying there and it was all good.

Great value for money – peaceful stay with beautiful reef and pool I stayed at Marina Resort in Port Ghalib and was pleasantly surprised by the combination of price and quality. The hotel has a charming traditional Arabian décor that creates a peaceful and nostalgic atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful coral reef just off the beach – perfect for snorkeling lovers. The pool was large, clean, and very relaxing, a great spot to unwind during the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was good. Room and bathroom were huge and clean. Pools were beautiful and the floor anywhere around always maintained white and dry. Private beach which was perfect for snorkeling: on the right side there were amazing corals and all kinds of fish ( lion fish, stingray,puffer fish and fishes that r shiny and colorful like rainbows.) On the left side, you can find sea turtles and dugong, they come every morning. Food was fantastic, they have different bread and pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. customized omletts and fresh pancake for breakfast. Freshly cooked pasta, kebab and sliced beef for dinner, and a lot of other dishes.

A vacation that we will remember with enthusiasm. Luxurious hotel, beautiful, clean. Everywhere helpful staff. Excellent food. The beach a few steps from the room. "Room boy" Mohamed very helpful and kind, every day he prepared for us an animal made of towels during cleaning. Waiters on the beach and in the restaurant (we communicated the most with Amed and Ibrahim) fantastic, we were sorry to say goodbye. On the beach several lifeguards, the hotel has its own clinic, we felt safe and were in magical comfort. We will definitely come back here.
