Absolute beautiful property at the price range. The 2 ladies at the reception were very helpful they helped us even with our luggage. Although i would say that the variety of food was a bit less in the breakfast but nonetheless the food was tasty

Gorgeous manor house and spacious twin room. It was just lovely and we had a walk around the grounds which was nice too. Lots of parking, easy check in. Lots of pubs in the area to have dinner at. Great location for visiting L Spa and Warwick which is what we were doing. We would stay again if we were going to be in the area. Breakfast was lovely too.

    My wife and I loved everything about this place, what a find! Location, the facilities, the owners and of course not forgetting the morning greetings from Sparky. We arrived after an all day wedding with very little provisions yet Maria came up trumps with a few bits milk etc to save the day, no questions just a smile and kindness.

    Location - in a lovely little village, rural, but very convenient for Stoneleigh Exhibition Centre. Fresh milk in the little fridge in your room. Good breakfast, nice evening menu.

    Comfortable rooms. They don’t look much from the outside but the fit out is very good. Food in the restaurant was excellent and a reasonable choice of drinks. The village location is ideal.
