Owner cant speak english The single bed is extremely small as if it is for a child The double bed is also not comfortable The sofa bed is just ok and next to kitchen The heating also very old and sometimes idle making the floor extremely cold The facilities in the kitchen is also not in good condition Overall it has limited space but wide parking space

Excellent new hotel in the heart of Borjomi, built with much taste and great care. Staff are really nice and attentive. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and with very nice views. Breakfast is also very good and complete. Borjomi itself is worth a visit.

Excellent location, all the most interesting places within walking distance. There is a supermarket and bank nearby. The guest apartment is clean, although it is a budget option, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family, even a washing machine. Borjomi is one of our favourite Georgian towns and Alex's place is perfect to explore it. With all the local knowledge of what to see and where to eat, Alex and his family are invaluable source of information (not only about town but virtually about anywhere in Georgia). The rooms are nice and cosy and we noticed that we had the best sleep there in ages. All the facilities are present, we didn't feel like missing anything.
