The apartment is fabulous -- it was newly renovated and in top condition with everything brand new. The two bedrooms are spacious and with plenty of space for clothes and suitcases, and the kitchen has everything you'd need. It has a small balcony which is lovely but as we were travelling with a small child and the apartment is on the 8th floor we were a bit nervous, but it was great to have a place to hang laundry and beach towels! The location of the apartment is fantastic, less than 5 minutes to the beach, close to the main street of Follonica and there is a small grocery store two minutes walk away. The hosts were really helpful and available to answer questions at all times. We had a great time and I would recommend it to anyone!

The kitchen is well-equipped, making cooking a pleasure, and the living area is cozy and perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants and beach. It is not quiet due to being close to center of Follonica. Owner is reactive, communicative and very helpful! I highly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking a high-quality and well-located living environment.

    Very clean, and cool to escape the hot sun. Great location, right in the main square, and 10 minute walk from train station. Self check in was great! Alessia was easy to communicate with, and we were able to leave our bags for a few hours after check out and come back to get them later.

    We were greeted by Giacomo and he took time to go through everything in detail with us. The room was lovely and very clean. The gardens out the back of the hotel were very peaceful. Would recommend to anyone staying in follonica as it is a great location
