Very good location with easy access to all the amenities, breakfast was very nice and delicious we really enjoyed it, it is a family run business, all were very kind and very supportive, service is value for money paid, I would like to recommend this property without any hesitation, we had very nice stay in Hotel Varsha.

Gorgeous Place, 10/10 for the most beautiful little accommodation I have stayed in Sri Lanka so far. Apart from the close location to the Lions Rock the Garden and Rooms give you a stunning Bali Vibe with a Pool within flowers and pretty Trees. It's a nice little homestay tucked away from the strip. It truly is a 5 min walk from Lion Roc, so great location. The major point is that it's run by two lovely people. The owner offered to take me to Pidurangula at 4.30am because it was too far to walk. Then he cooked an incredible breakfast. Such a great place. I'd recommend it to everyone

Very good service from the 3 boys working there. We were pleased with breakfast, the bedroom and the location. We asked for dinner last minute and they were nice to make a tasty dinner for us. Thank you once more and we hope to come again with our family and kids.
