Very clean bedsit apartment with all you need to stay. Neighbourhood is non-touristy but lots of small shops and stalls, and you can walk down to Patan restaurants in less than 10 mins. I would dock a point or two because the apartments all face the (not very busy) back-street and it's a little noisy if you're a light sleeper as it's single-glazed. But the staff were so nice and helpful, I'll bump the score back up to a nine.

The place is super homely and also private. The kitchen had oil, some spices & vegtables, it is fully equipped. The host is polite and very helpful at any time. During my stay i pulled a muskle and he immediately offered me a ride to the hospital and cooked breakfast the next morning as i could not walk. The place has good wifi and a nice view on the hills from the roof.
