Casa Grimaldo is a perfect stay in El Valle, the place is very well maintained and the gardens around are gorgeous and very photogenic (even more so when everything is lit up at night). It is a wonderful little romantic getaway. Staff is very forward coming, friendly and serves you well. Accommodation is perfect sized, everything is working as expected and the balcony with hammocks overviewing the garden is breathtaking. My only pet peeve would be the shower head which was spraying water all over the place and in combination with the shower door not very well insulated it made our bathroom into a little pool. :)

This place is special. The vibe here is probably the best I've experienced so far in my 5 months of travelling.. it felt like home, and you could tell everyone else felt the same. It rained loads in my 4 days here but honestly there's nothing I'd rather have done than hang out of the hostel. It has ALL the amenities - great kitchen, beautiful communal areas with TV, yoga, garden space. Breakfast is amaaaaaazing, as is the on-site cafe. They offer laundry and there's space to dry your clothes etc. They put things on in the evenings but it stays chill rather than cross over to party hostel which is perfect. The staff are AWESOME. Shout out to Jacob for making everyone feel like the most important person in the hostel - absolute pleasure to meet. But all the staff are so lovely and friendly and helpful! Honestly I couldn't recommend it enough, I could have stayed there for weeks just relaxing in the atmosphere and cute town.

The property is just outside the busy part of El Valle, clean, comfortable, walking distance into town and to hiking areas. The garden is beautiful and welcoming. The owner is very helpful and approachable and answers all queries even before arrival. It was a lovely reprieve after the business of Panama City.

    One of the best of our stays in Panama. The location is very nice. It's paradise. The staff is friendly. The room is very spacious, has a great design and was very clean. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. We also enjoyed the nice pool.

    Amazing friendly and welcoming host. Ariel really made our stay special, he even helped us prepare my son's birthday and sang him a birthday song. Ideal location for the hike to India dormida. The garden is very relaxing as well as Ariel's massages.

    The staff was super friendly and helpful. Laundry service was easy and inexpensive, and the location is the best. In the center of town, it's walking distance from most restaurants and even gorgeous hiking trails. There are two fully furnished kitchens which make it convenient to prepare meals.

    Casa India Dormida was absolutely fantastic to stay at. The whole apartment was way too spacious for one person but would be ideal for a couple or family! Everything was very clean and there was a touching love for detail. The best thing is the location: stunning views from your terrace and just a few steps away from fantastic hikes.
