The apartment is equipped with literally everything you will need ( Fully equipped kitchen with cleaning set in cute box , washing machine and iron facilities, fast speed Internet, TV with streaming services like Netflix, there is a dedicated parking space just outside the building, an elevation that reach every floor and there was an AC in our apartment not that we need it as the weather was nice and there was mosquito net on the window and balcony doors) . Beautiful view of the lake and 3 Grocery store nearby and they direct you to a access to a beach nearby to swim or paddle on the lake . Villach center is approximately 10 Min drive .

Good location. 5 minutes driving to Gerlitzen ski resort and about an hour to all major resorts like Flachau, Obertauern. Really kind hostess willing to take care of everything you need. Extremely clean apartment, each room has its own bathroom. Spacious and comfortable rooms. We booked apartment for 6 person and everyone had privacy, there are max 3 beds per room.

Had an amazing stay at this gem! The host was super friendly and made me feel like family. The place had a great vibe, really cozy and inviting. But the real MVP? Breakfast! The local cheese and fresh house milk were legendary. Seriously, I could write love songs about that breakfast :D. If you're looking for a great place to stay, this is it. Can't wait to come back!

El Atelier Ronacher está situado en Annenheim, a 70 metros del teleférico Gerlitzen-Kanzelbahn y a solo 100 metros de la orilla del lago Ossiach. It’s always a pleasure to visit such a beautiful house. Everything was perfect.

El Mathiasl Panorama Ferienwohnungen se encuentra en Bodensdorf, a 3 km de Gerlitzen. Dispone de zona de spa con sauna y apartamentos con balcón o terraza con vistas al lago. The view was magnificent. As it was located on the hillside and the shop could only reached by car different goods were available at the entrance of the accommodation for acceptable price that made “shopping” simple. There were different type of saunas and a relaxing room that were also nice and cozy. The owners were kind and helpful. They provided a transfer available to the ski slope that proved to be useful as the parking place was usually full after 9 o’clock. The departure time was negotiable. So we had good impressions and left with nice memories.

The location was fantastic, at the lakeside it was a mixture of a chapel and a hotel. There was a concert the day I stayed, the atmosphere was fantastic. I just stayed one night during the Alpe-Adria hike, but really enjoyed it. Breakfast was fine.
