We were very privileged to have such attentive hosts who were always in touch and explained everything in detail. The apartment is clean, bright, and modern. Everything is well-organized. Despite the relatively small size, the space is used very efficiently, giving a feeling of spaciousness. All household items are clearly labeled, and some even have QR codes with instructions. Although the apartment is not located in the city center, it has a convenient and cozy location. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Regarding parking – despite the warning that the space might be tight for large vehicles, our crossover fit comfortably (you just need to be careful when entering).

We had a wonderful stay! The design of the rooms was truly impressive — spacious, beautifully decorated, and with a bright, open feel thanks to the high ceilings. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, offering both quality and abundance with plenty of options to choose from. The spa area was another highlight — clean, relaxing, and with a pleasant fragrance throughout, especially in the Turkish sauna. Overall, a perfectly balanced mix of comfort, elegance, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Villa Patria B&B se encuentra en Brusino Arsizio, a 12 km de Estación de Mendrisio, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado, terraza y bar. Newly opened, beautifully decorated, air conditioned bedrooms, great facilities, family-run and extremely friendly. Set on the banks of Lake Lugano, the terrace, where you have breakfast/ drinks has amazing views across the lake. The breakfast is outstanding- freshly baked breads to start, followed by homemade waffles, and finished off with any type of eggs and bacon. Fabulous orange juice and tea/coffee. The owners also recommended an Italian restaurant 3 minutes walk away, and even reserved a table for us. The food and staff there were amazing too! Villa Patria is a little gem! Can highly recommend!

Es un apartamento muy moderno, decorado con un gusto exquisito, y muy limpio. Baldo estuvo atento en todo momento a lo que necesitábamos y fue muy amable. El desayuno fue de buena calidad. Nos encantaría volver.
