I even got lucky and hitched a ride back to Nakatsugawa, with a perfect pitstop at Hillbilly Coffee (highly recommend). I stayed here after walking Nakasendo Trail from Tsumago. Perfect place to stay after. Do not hesitate. Go here. Book!

The room so spacious, private onsen was the best experience, all clean, we could use dining room with amazing view and the host super friendly.

The property has mountain and quiet street views, and is 600 metres from Fuji-Q Highland. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. With a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji on our private rooftop terrace, we spent most of our time up there. You get a panoramic view of the entire mountain. The villa itself was big, clean and well equiped. Even came with it's private cinema. We were only two people, but this would be absolutely perfect for larger groups as well. Cleanliness, amazing view of Mount Fuji, staff were friendly. Bedding was comfy and clean. Everything felt like it was organized smoothly. Not cheap for the tent but understand it is peak season.
