So close to Venice. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good and adequate. The facilities are the best i have ever seen, and to be so close to bus stops for Venice is very convenient.

What a wonderful place! The staff created such a welcoming atmosphere – we felt completely at ease yet so well taken care of. They went out of their way to help us with everything, which was especially valuable for first-time visitors like us. Thanks to these amazing people, we discovered the true heart of Italian hospitality. We feel so lucky to have found this gem – the perfect peaceful retreat that also served as an ideal base for exploring Venice. This is exactly the kind of place that makes travelers fall in love with Italy!

Everything was just perfect. Clean and comfy trailer, with all comforts you can expect of it. I've seen the new facilities for the small and cosy camping that's there as well and was impressed. Free washing, clean toilets and showers, ... Location was great: supermarket nearby, walking distance from restaurant, lagune and beach. Boat rentals and taxi to Venice and to other islands nearby. Owners have plant nursery so domain just looks splendid. Only thing that's even better is the friendly owners: they genuinly care about your comfort, give tips and tricks for daytrips, restaurants, ... and all just out of goodness and not to get some extra revenue. I've been in a lot of places, but I'll come back for sure.
