Great camp and the staff was so friendly. We could easily park our car in a secure parking spot in the village. Then we were picked up with a pick up truck.After a quick and friendly check in by Mohammed and his staff we enjoyed the huge tent with the great window and views on the desert. The location is amazing. We also did the 8h jeep tour with Abdullah. He is a fantastic guide. We highly recommend it. At the end of the day we enjoyed the fantastic dinner. It was traditional food Zarb. One of the best foods I ever had. We had a great experience and look forward to return one day.

My journey to Wadi Rum was a perfect blend of adventure and serenity. The day started with a guided jeep tour that took us across the iconic red sand dunes, ancient inscriptions, and natural rock bridges. Each stop felt like a scene from a movie — raw, untouched, and full of history. As the sun began to set, the desert transformed. We joined a night walk under the stars, with only the moonlight guiding our steps. It was quiet, peaceful, and gave me a whole new appreciation for the beauty of the desert at night. The day ended in the most unique way — sleeping in a bubble tent. The tent was comfortable, clean, and offered a clear view of the night sky from bed. I lay there watching shooting stars, completely relaxed and disconnected from the noise of daily life. This trip wasn’t just a visit — it was a full experience. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to connect with nature, adventure, and themselves.

If you are heading to Wadi Rum, the could camp is the place to be! We were picked up free of charge from the Wadi Rum Visitor Center by Abdullah and Hassin. Even the ride to the Cloud Camp was an adventure in itself. Just opt for sitting outside on the back of the pick up truck and enjoy the stunning view on the way going through the desert. We have even spotted a black camel on the way. A great opportunity to take some pics and videos as well. Once you arrive in the camp you will be welcomed with some baduine tea at the check in. We have booked the round tents wich are equipped with an AC and an ensuite bathroom. Through the round front window you can enjoy a stunning view of the desert and the surrounding rock formations. And even do some stargazing at night. When you walk between the tents you will literally feel like on another planet. Abdullah and Hassin were also our guides. We recommend the sunset tour as you can experience the desert in the day light and also at the sunset. It was a private tour, so we were given as much time as we wished at each stop, Hassin showed us around and told us about every site we visited. Apart from seeing a cave with ancient scriptures and a giant stone mushroom we also were shown how to make a baduine make-up. When we arrived at the last stop we were offered to go zip lining between the dunes for a reasonable price and there was also an option to go sandboarding. We were right on time to enjoy the sunset and some complimentary tea. After that we were taken on an incredible ride back by the dawn. They also offer star gazing tours if you wish to experience the desert by night. The dinner was an experience in itself because before it starts you will be shown outside how it has been prepared. In the morning you can enjoy a breakfast with a mountain view. We woke up for the sunrise and were rewarded with a desert view surrounded by rock formations and hotair ballons. Wish we could wake up to this view everyday.

Amazing Camp. We was there for one night, sleep in the bubble tent like in another planet. Ahmed and his team did the best: we took a 4hours sunset jeep tour, stargazing and dinner-i highly recommended for everyone. Dinner was very good. Very good people, did for us everything we need.Thank you.We will back one day.Tour guide was cousin of Ahmed young boy that took us really professional video and fotos!Great experience!

Perfect and wonderful stay. The camp is great for watching the sunset. There is a terrace and a balcony where you can enjoy the beauty of the desert. We also had a jeep tour with the sunset and it was wonderful. The tents were beautiful, wonderful and clean. Also the food here was delicious and wonderful. I thank all the staff for this wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Wadi Rum Desert Heart! Haitham runs a wonderful camp (very clean rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds, comfortable dining area and excellent food, seamless transport to/from the desert) and is very good to communicate with prior and during our time at the camp. We also did a half day jeep tour through Desert Heart which was awesome and highly recommend!

The camp is a small one. Cozy and intimate. The food is ready for you in advance before or after your incursions, wrapped up. Delicisous and a bit of everything! The camps are all near each other but facing the desert so you don't see each other. This was definitely a great value for the stay. the hosts were adorable and we had tea by the fire with the others guests at night. They give you a meeting point and then take you to the camp. I our case, we arranged a direct 4x4 tour in the desert right from the meeting point before the arrival so as to get as much in as possible. We hesitated with the pricier rooms and luxury type bubbles. But if you are trying to enjoy the experience and are going from Petra to another destination afterwards, you won't get much more out of the experience from paying hundreds extra. This is the kind of info we would have liked beforehand so hope it helps!
