Most beautiful stay in this desert resort. Everything was excellent. The room the food the people. Definitly recommend! The star gazing session was memorable.

Los anfitriones muy amables, uno de los hermanos nos llevó a ver la puesta de sol en las dunas y a darnos una vuelta con el coche. La burbuja está muy bien, bastante privada con alguna cerca pero apartada. La habitación grande, agradable, muy funcional, con aire acondicionado que funcionaba bien. Cama cómoda. Baño incorporado completo. La cena y el desayuno si los pagas buenísimos y abundantes.

Hamed is a kind and gracious host who provided a magical setting and shared his culture with us. Hassan, the camp caretaker is an excellent cook and could not have been kinder.

Dinner and breakfast were very tasty. I really liked the exclusive campsite, we were only three couples and we had an amazing time! Thank you to the two guys who manage the camping, they were very nice and friendly.

La habitaciòn tiene vistas esplendidas. La localización del campamento es idílica. Las actividades son caras pero las disfrutamos. La comida está muy bien. Nosotros repetiriamos encantados.

Nice camp right by a big dune, deep enough in the desert not to be polluted by light. It says rustic in the title, so don't expect luxury. We really enjoyed the bedouin stories and bits of info and the staff, starting with Shahin, was really friendly and welcoming.

Staying at this Omani desert camp was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by kind and hospitable staff. Rajid (sorry for misspell) is man in charge and he does his job well. The camp is located right next to the dunes, allowing for breathtaking views and easy access to the desert. The highlight of our stay was the dune bashing experience—our driver was absolutely perfect, skilled, and made the ride both thrilling and safe. Watching the sunset from the top of the dunes was magical. Also best spot for sunrise just 15 minutes of walk on near dune. The tent (fabric) —featuring comfortable (i prefer hard) mattress, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bricked private bathroom few steps from tent was clean and well-maintained, which is not always the case in desert camps. So magic of staying in traditional tent yet with luxury of flushing toilet and shower! In the evening, we enjoyed a beautiful night by the fireplace, sipping traditional Omani coffee and tea, available 24/7. The dinner buffet as well as breakfast buffet all freshly prepared and full of flavor. This camp truly offers the perfect balance of adventure, comfort, and hospitality. Whether you’re looking for a dune experience or a peaceful retreat under the stars, this is the best place to stay in Wahiba Sands. Highly recommended!
