The location, the scenery, the food we loved it all!! Staff in the hotel is truly caring, very friendly and they really want to make sure you have a superb stay at See Rose. The room and facilities were spotless, there’s a little gym in the hotel too, that’s got enough equipment to have a good workout. Once you leave the hotel there’s plenty of activities to do nearby, if you like hiking or walking in general this is the perfect place for you. Public transport is pretty good , there’s 2 bus in most hours from the village to either towards Salzburg or Bad Ischl. I’m glad we spent 4 nights there and can’t wait to come back in summer time!

The staff is extremely friendly, one of the few hotels where staff payed attention to every detail, spoke very nice and were very efficient. The room was very big, the breakfast good, the fried eggs were the best. And at the breakfast there was a lady serving us that was amazing, very polite and careful for our wellbeing at the table

    The location of this hotel was perfect especially if you're using buses. It is very near Hintersee and Fuschlee lakes. And the buses stop right outside the property. Everything is incredibly clean and Sonja and her family are very nice and keep the property running smoothly! The breakfasts were filling and the restaurant was clearly loved by the locals. We enjoyed eating there every night There was a lot for our son to do with a games room and even a pool and playground.

    Absolutely stunning apartment and hosts! Our favourite stay in Europe! Warm fireplace blazing upon entry, beautiful furnishings, large space, brand new, very well stocked kitchen, Mozart chocolates on our bed, and beautiful sheets and pillows. The list goes on and on. Perfect location for some snow play in Austria! We even arrived just in time for a festival with a horse drawn carriage ride and live music! Thank you to our hosts!

    The best start to our Austria trip - beautify location and amazingly warm and friendly hospitality, we felt so welcome and comfortable and were well looked after with a great breakfast. The perfect location to explore the Salzkammergut and a real taste of Austrian hospitality, we’ll definitely be back next time we are down that way.

    Everything! Nature and views are beautiful. The family is lovely and attentive. Our kid loved the cows and other animals living around the place and we got the chance to try the fresh milk and eggs. I highly recommend this place. Salzburg and lakes are closed.

    Amazing apartment! Beautiful view and Faistenau is very nice village. Owner was very kind and helpful with everything :) Next house is bakery with delicious peoducts and Spar shop with everything you can need is very close. I definitely recommend.
