Staff were friendly and facilitating. The room was spotless and the bed was one of the best I've ever been on. Pool areas were well kept and maintained. It remained in the sun most of the morning and all of the evening. We did bottomless brunch our last day, everything about it blew us both away. The hotel is located very well. The bus stop for handorf is a 3 minute walk and the train stop to head to the beach is a 5 minute walk.

Fantastic hotel, very good location. We got a room on the 11th floor, which was great. For an extra AUD25 we could park the car 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Very nice staff, great advice on where to eat. Nespresso (with compostable pods) in the room was a nice touch. Strongly recommended.
