The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression! It boasts an excellent location, allowing easy access to the city center in just a 30-minute walk. We stayed here during the New Year holidays, and on January 1st, the hotel pleasantly surprised us by congratulating us on the New Year and gifting us a bottle of champagne. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. Breakfasts are varied and delicious, always featuring fresh omelets, cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, and fragrant tea. This place perfectly combines comfort and attentive service.

Great hotel for the reasonable price. Not a big monster:) Big room, comfortable bed, quiet neighbourhood , simple but nice breakfast.... Good location, two nice restaurants across the street. To the old tow by foot 30 min. By taxi 10 min. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful.

Our stay at Royal Mansion Hotel was quite a comfortable one, with some pros and some cons, and there were a couple of instances which really helped elevate the whole experience. - We had an early morning start for a day tour, and we ended up having an issue with the room door lock which took around an hour to fix, leaving us in danger of missing our tour. In this situation, one of the (co-?) hotel managers ended up driving us himself to an interim location which worked for our touring company, helping us avoid the whole taxi hassle. This would've taken him an hour or so, but he did it just to make up for the lock issue, without expecting anything in return. - My wife wasn't feeling too well on the third day of our stay, and I needed to get some medicine for her ASAP. On this occasion, the other (co-?) hotel manager drove me to the pharmacy himself, helping me purchase the medicine and then even using the hotel's own currency to help me exchange some dollars for local currency, despite this coming at some cost to them. On top of that, - The room was extremely spacious, and overall it felt great value for money in comparison to other options that we were considering. - The furniture was quite high quality, we were provided a separate table, two sofas, a mini-fridge, a safe, 2 large cabinets, 1 full-length mirror, and 1 dresser with a mirror. - The staff overall was quite helpful and tried their best to service our needs. There were 3 front-desk staff rotating duties who were all polite and helpful. Esmira among the cleaning staff was especially courteous and friendly, and our room was always spotless after our day's excursions. - The breakfast had a decent variety and the food was quite tasty. - The hotel was at a short walking distance (10 or so minutes) to eating places, a bus stop, and a beautiful park. It was away from a lot of the rush near the old city/Nizami street. - We had no trouble ordering Bolt taxis within minutes to this location.

The aparthotel is conveniently located, not far from the main attractions of the city, the hotel has its own free parking, breakfast is good and varied. The two aunts in the restaurant were very helpful and offered to grind coffee for us. The hotel room facilities are well equipped, clean and the floor cleaning staff are very helpful. Goshgar, Mariya, and Elgin at the front desk were very kind and helpful, especially the front desk supervisor Goshgar offered to help us with our luggage and loading the car, he was very proactive and enthusiastic, especially thanks him. It was a pleasure during our stay at the hotel and will come back in the future. Recommended stay

Very specious rooms with big bathroom and balcony. They do good cleaning if you leave a sign at your door and also they leave one bottle of water for you. Very friendly and helpful stuff and very nice breakfasts. Special thanks to Zulfie - woman who works in kitchen. She creates very tasty breakfasts with variety of freshly baked different local pastry. There is ready made hot tea which you can come and take any time throughout your day. I felt like at home at Smith’s hotel. Thank you so much!
