Location is fantastic. The room was huge and views were great! Definitely worth the higher hotel rate. Breakfast was excellent and so was the quality of the dinner. Dinner was a slightly longer event but loved the food though the potato dumplings were plain and unnecessary as a side.

A great surprise! A super nice hotel! The room was huge with a very nice view. Very clean! The stuff was extremely friendly and helpfull! Very nice breakfast. Near a train station that can take you to the center within 5 minutes. Highly recommended hotel!

Perfect location!! 5 minutes walk from the main train station and port.Also 5 minutes walk to reach the downtown. The meeting point of all guided 1 day tours organised from Luzern by different travel companies is at the next corner only. So easy to reach. Breakfast was delicious with really fresh and high quality food, I loved it. The ambiance of the hotel is really nice, all the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Room was clean and comfortable. I would choose this hotel for my next visit in Luzern, as well.

    we came a bit early in the hotel, so they stored our suitcases and we went in the town for a visit. So that's a plus and great service. Then a very nice woman received us with open arms and showed us to our room, witch they prepared early for us, it was only 11.00. the normal check in was 14.00. The breakfast was very yummy an large with al te food you can imagine. We traveled from Belgium to Italy and needed a stop in between. So if you need a hotel in Zwitserland for travel or pitstop, this is the one. A special thanks to Petra.

    This is a really charming 4th generation family run hotel. From the moment I walked in the door I could tell that this was an extremely well run establishment. Smiling friendly staff who could not do enough. The rooms are comfortable. The homemade Bircher muesli is worth making a trip for itself. Thanks for a really nice stay

    The location was great for the money, right by Malters station, only 10 min train from Lucern. Staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. If you like to save money for little to no hassle, this is a great place to stay.
