Nice place in the tranquil town.Only 50 meters from hotel to the Randa train station.The host is so nice and helpful and he can arrange taxi to Zermatt, which is cheaper than the train.

We had a great stay – the accommodation was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. A special thanks to our host for being so flexible with our check-in time and for the smooth, hassle-free communication throughout. After a long flight, it was exactly what we were looking for upon arriving in Switzerland. It really made all the difference!

I really loved my room and its view! It was very spacious for one person. There were also a hiking backpack and a tote bag inside the closet. The coffee station and minibar were all included, which is quite rare. The breakfast buffet was varied, plentiful and delicious! You will always find something to eat in the lobby, such as snacks, cakes, croissants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel seems brand new, parking spots can be reserved before arrival. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are big, family room consists of a single room with its own bathroom and a double room with its own bathroom as well. Beds are super comfortable and everything is new and functional. Rooms are towards the main street, but not too much traffic during the night. Breakfast was great as well as dinner. Short walk to the train station to go to Zermatt. They have a partner hotel in Zermatt and the guests are allowed to use the SPA facilities there as well.

We had an excellent stay at the Schloss. From the perfect location in front of the train station to the top-class spa, friendly and attentive staff, delicious breakfasts and tea time, and the pleasant atmosphere in the living room and common areas—everything was wonderful. The ski locker area is well-organized, making it very convenient to head out for skiing. Highly recommended, 100%! Thank you for your warm hospitality!

    Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

    Absolutely loved my one night stopover in Randa. I'm a solo traveller and the lovely welcoming staff made me feel right at home. Spacious room , transport next door . Lovely little town . Please note some of the trainlines are still down due to storms (storms since early 2024) so allow an additional hour or more for travel time . Highly recommend this lovely original hotel !

    I strongly recommend this apartment cause it is very cosy and the owner is very kind and friendly. He recommended a few nice places for us to visit. Especially the suspension bridge with the nice scenery. If I visit Switzerland again I would like to choose this apartment again.

    The location met our expectations. The room was big enough, Randa is a very quiet village but still close to Zermatt. You can access nice hiking trails.
