Everything was absolutely perfect. Extremely helpful host, who also spoke English. The accommodation is very spacious, nicely decorated and has everything you could want. The location is quiet, with a large garden and plenty of parking space. This is the best accommodation of its type I have stayed in from this site.

Superb hotel. I’ve staid in fancier, but the ‘apartment’ was more than adequate and the restaurant was great. More important the staff/owner were very helpful and friendly and the price very competitive. Bad Grund is also a very attractive (and small) town.

    Bad Grund is in a perfect distance to the motor way and it is worth to spend the extra travel time. It is a traditional town in western Harz, where the time somehow runs slower. Everybody is really friendly and positive towards visitors. We always chat with all kind of people there.

    Location was exceptional...just steps away fron the Spa in Bad Grund. Garden is beautiful. I could sit on the small balcony and enjoy the sun. Hosts were very friendly and very helpful. We invited friends to join us and had a great time. We will certainly come again. If you are looking for a reasonable place to stay, love being surrounded by nature, are ready to embrace all the Harz has to offer... this will get you off to a great start

    We really liked this host, he was a very hospitable 😊. It has a stunning view, breathtaking 🤩. The hotel is on the mountainside, it's incredibly beautiful⛰️.     Erika is a very good host. She met us on arrival and showed us around the property. It is a very cosy place with nice furnishing in the living and bed rooms. The location is very beautiful and Bad Grund seems to be a very nice place. We couldn't enjoy it much as we stayed only one night and had to continue our journey.
