Absolutely perfect accommodation for families with children. Very clean. Staff very kind and friendly. Amazing kids club with professional care - kids loved it. Swimming pool and sauna/steam room was lovely. The gym isn't there any more having been replaced by a play area for kids - excellent soft play area, air hockey (free), mini-table tennis, basketball nets (fairground style), table football (free) etc Breakfast and dinner in the hotel was lovely.

The location of the chalet is absolutely breathtaking & the views are out of this world. There is a hiking trail that starts right in front of the chalet. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils needed to cook a meal. We went as a family & I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to nature. And the best part was the host Sebastian, very accommodating & always ready to help. Big thumbs up to this property.

This was a very special stay. Monika and Hans were warm and welcoming. We had our own floor at the top of the house. It is as described, spacious and attractively decorated. In the kitchen Monika has thought of everything you might need.

    Very nice location in the middle of the mountains. Our stay was in winter and everything was beautifully snowed in. We spent our stay in the hotel spa but were surprised by the beauty of the town when we drove through it.

    Bayrischzell is a small village, so everywhere was within easy walking distance. There were a number of places to eat in the evening. A leaflet was available, produced by the local tourist office, giving details of a range of walks, including to the summits of local mountains, through woods to neighbouring villages and by stream and rivers to waterfalls.

    A nice upmarket boutique hotel with spa and gym facilities - the latter of which were outstanding. Although a bit outside of Bayrischzell, it takes just 5 mins. by car; in addition, there is a bus stop for the free local bus in front of the hotel, which also takes you to the skiing area. Generous, spacious rooms, particularly great for a family. Very friendly international staff.

    Beautiful, quiet location. My (single) room had a balcony and mountain view. Reasonable price. Nice staff, and food in the restaurant was lovely too. Even though it's not in a town, quite reachable by public transport, with a bus stop in front of the building and the train station a short walk away. Bayrischzell is easy to reach through either.

    a beautifully equipped and comfortable apartment, in a fantastic quiet and peaceful location. The host were perfect and had thought of all the guests needs including gelato. A fantastic location to spend Christmas with a hotel serving great food across the village square. On of my best Christmas vacations.

    Large room, furnishings and bathroom fixtures are a bit dated, but everything is fully functional and was nice and clean. Excellent value. Breakfast quality quite good for this hotel category. Nice little extras like a water cooker in the room. Friendly owner.

    The Family Room was so clean, and a lot of space. The staff is very polite and very friendly! The Hotel itself close to Train Station, to the Hiking Trail, very easy to find. Their breakfast is amazing! Also the dinner was great!
