Run down boring city. 60s style. Suffering from underinvestment. Very poor facilities and venues. Untidy and dirty train station. Was there before in 70s. Nothing changed. Definite lack of funding. Resembles East German cities in 90s. A city left behind I think. Will not hurry back 2/10. Nothing that impressed me. Signs of urban degredation. Unfinished works. Road works. Shabby empty buildings.
