It’s a family run business, they are all very kind and helpful. Saw New Years fireworks in the valley from our balcony! Good location for the Black Forest, was 45 min drive to full snow in feldberg, which was amazing on New Years Day! Breakfast very nice, German style and they cook you eggs of choice. Brilliant rooms, all very big. Best thing was the robot that helped in the breakfast room, the kids loved it!

It is a beautiful property set in a majestic landscape. The room was beautiful with an extraordinary view of the valley below. Our room was modern and very clean with a lovely balcony to enjoy a glass of wine or a beer. The pool facilities were great and the hotel lets you “book” 30 minute slots for the pool (due to Covid), however, this worked perfectly for us, as it made it feel as if it was our own private pool area. Finally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short or long stay.

Everything was great! The place is fantastic, located in the perfect spot to explore the black forest and the Colmar area. You open your window and see picturesque church, fields and mountains, you cannot believe it! Michael, the host, is a unique person, one of a kind!     An outstanding countryside place for people to escape from the hustle and bustle in the city. Public transportation may not be so convenient if you're not driving a car yourself, but if only a few buses and trains a day isn’t a problem for you, then that’s fine.

    Münstertal is a nice area, although getting a lot of new buildings Good sites to visit and lots of walking for "happy wanderers". Fabulous nunnery - St. Trudpert - with an amazing church/chapel. We, luckily having local knowledge, ate well at Gasthof Sonne and also at Camping Münstertal. Avoid Hotel Linde, unless you enjoy arrogant and indifferent staff and zero service.

    A very nice, modern apartment with excellent facilities. The host occupies another part of the building and is available to deal instantly with any queries. The property is located near to the terminus of the Munstertal railway which gives easy access to Staufen and the main railway line at Bad Krozingen. With the local Konus Card, included with the local Tourist Tax, travel is free by public transport throughout the area.
