Fantastic place to stay. Clean, good amenities and great value. The host was very friendly and helpful. It's so close to the airport. I would totally recommend staying here and I would stay again for sure !

Very nice, functional, clean apartment, very close to Duarte with restaurants and clubs and to the beach. Michele is a perfect host, very helpful and courteous. He gave me so many useful advices for my stay, I thank him very much. I recommend Recidencial Mignoli to everyone, I will definitely return, you can't choose anything better in Boca Chica. The property was right in the middle of everything. Had everything I need a clean bed and running water for a shower. The staff were very friendly and held my key when I went out! 10 steps from the beach

When you enter in the room you are welcomed by a great smell of soap and you realise immediately that everything is very clean. There is AC and a fun on top of the bed (which I prefer to the AC), Wifi working perfectly everywhere, even in the garden. The owner is just great, in 4 days he found us: the best rate to change money, trusted excurtion, a great restaurant, a rented car (we wanted one with full insurance to avoid trubles) and, whatever we needed He was there for us. We were supposed to change structure after 2 days, but we cancelled and staid 2 days more because we felt pampered. Other details: Great breakfast , pool, books available for you, the beach is 1 minute walking distance away "very convinient" They washed our clothes for a very cheap price (3 shirts, 2 shorts, 7 T-shirts and incountable socks and underwear for the equivalent of 3.5 dollars), I loved that because I am now moving to another country and I hate packing dirty clothes. If you come here, you can even stay alone, because with Giuseppe you will have everything you need I will definitely be back Thanks to them!

    I only used this as a 2 nights stop whilst waiting for a...

    I only used this as a 2 nights stop whilst waiting for a rearranged flight home. Booked it very late and got great reception and response from host to get me the keys and and settle in. Close to the airport (5 minute taxi ride) There's a supermarket within 10 minutes walk with ATM's and obviously anything you need for shopping. I didn't look around the area any further. The flat was fairly clean with basic amenities and if i needed to wait over again for a flight the i would definetly consider using this host again.
