Staff-they were excellent. Usama was so helpfull. Always smiling and willing to help. He recomended beautiful trips to Giza, Saqqara and Cairo. We spend 2 full days with guide Mohamed. He was amazing, provided a lot of relevant information, took us to good restaurants.

Exceptional Stay — 5/5 Stars! From the moment I arrived, I knew this hotel was something special. The attention to detail, warmth of the staff, and overall ambiance exceeded all my expectations. It felt like they genuinely cared about making my stay unforgettable. Cleanliness: Impeccable! Every space — from the lobby to the room — was spotless. The fresh scent and perfectly arranged rooms made it feel like I was the first guest to ever stay there. Dining: The food was a culinary masterpiece. Each dish was a work of art, bursting with flavor. Breakfasts were delightful, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Comfort: The room was a sanctuary. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the modern amenities made everything feel luxurious. The view from the window was breathtaking and a perfect way to start the day. Location: Perfectly situated for both relaxation and exploration. Everything I needed was either within walking distance or a short ride away.
