This was an absolute gem in all senses: the warm welcome and care of Carmen, location, and, of course, the architecture and history of the house. We usually look for boutique hotels and little family B&B, however, this historic house exceeded all the expectations. The breakfast (and the breakfast room) were fantastic as well. Thank you a lot, Carmen, for your love and care for the place, and for your amazing hospitality. We will be back!

The location is brillant with spectacular views from every point on the property. We had a great room with a terrace looking straight at the mountains and valley. It was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were exceptional, from the welcoming at reception, the gentleman delivering our luggage from the car, the house staff and the restaurant staff. A particular message and thank you to Abdou head of the restaurant. Very generous and courteous with his time and manner.

Location was central to nearby downtown shopping and restaurants, literally across the street! It was also central to many Asturias points of interest (within 30 minutes to several). Staff was very friendly and accommodating and entire hotel was very clean. Breakfast options were sufficient, good quality and fresh. Loved our stay!

    David met us when we arrived, gave a good intro to the apartment and answered all our questions about everything there is to do in the area. The apartment was in perfect condition, well located in Arriondas which is a great place from which to discover all the attractions of Asturias.

    Casona del Sella appears initially like an old hotel, but the historic charm and ambience quickly grew on us. Our 15 and 12 year old really liked it. The owners were very welcoming with lovely wine tasting in the front bar.
