Lovely and modern room, spotless and spacious with a huge shower. Balcony with a great view. Location superb right in front of the lake and walking distance to the centre. Spa facilities were wonderful and also very clean. Breakfast had a wide selection. Employees very polite and helpful.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Had been travelling and with a broken foot . Staff were kind and offered help and services . Perfect location not far from centre Annecy but also with its own amenities to check out .

The hotel in general was not super clean. Our room was very basic with bad quality matresses. We could hear everything in the hallway. Toilets and showers were not clean at all. The day of the check out 1 hour before we got locked out of our room the code to enter the room was no longer working. The staff came and opened the door with a key did not even try to fix it.

It's a standard B&B Hotel, but the staff on site fulfills their job with passion and hospitality, which lifts this B&B above other hotels in the chain. The location Is quiet and there is some dinner options (pre-prepared REAL food for the microwave) that actually tastes quite nice.

Location was easy to find from the motorway. Just stayed one night on the way to a skiing holiday. Hotel was clean and warm. Staff were friendly.
