A very short drive down to the beaches of Etretat, which are beautiful pebble beaches offering a stunning coastline, gardens, museum, bars restaurants etc. The beach at Le Tilleul was also beautiful and much quieter, no facilities, but a wonderful tree lined walk down to the beach took about 20 mins to walk,(you can not drive to this beach) , great for the dog. Room is very compact but comfortable and clean (do not expect high end hotel clean it is on an equestrian centre) with private shower and toilet. Staff were friendly and despite language barrier we were able to communicate enough to understand the basics. We also received great suggestions of things to do in the vicinity. We highly recommend a walk (which the hotel personel advised us) from the hotel to La plage du Tilleul (25 min), then walk up by the cliffs to Étretat (30 min) and circle back to the hotel (45 min).
