Very perfect! This is a truly owner-managed accommodation where you can feel that the owner is still hands-on and genuinely passionate about serving guests. Sadly, this kind of dedication is rare these days—please keep it that way! Guests can always tell whether service is done out of duty or from the heart, and here it’s clearly the latter. We felt very well looked after. The room was good and spotlessly clean. Breakfast didn’t have an overwhelming variety, but it had everything you need to start the day right. Parking is conveniently right outside the door, and the location is wonderfully quiet.

The hospitality and of course the breakfasts. The hosts Ryan & Bethan as well as Shaun went out of their way to make everything comfortable - from setting up the bike washing to the amazing morning breakfasts it was all just amazing. We will definately be back.

Staff were lovely, very accommodating. Hot tub was a nice touch! Beautiful breakfast in bed. 8 min walk to free shuttle for morzine, only takes 5 mins or so on this bus to get to town (comes every 15mins).
