A 5 minute drive into Allonby and Jack's surf bar serving great food. There is an outdoor kid's play area and a bar on site. The caravan is very well equipped and has a few kid's games and lots of dvd's.

The property was warm and cozy! Really well decorated throughout .The property provided with everything we would need with an extra basket provided with little bits of different cereal which was a nice touch! Communication was great! Really easy to get in! We was warned about the stairs been steep but we didn't have an issue at all with stairs inside or outside these didn't affect us in any way!

I had a wonderful stay at the lodge this past Friday and Saturday. The place was clean, cozy, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The surroundings were peaceful and perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway with family. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable atmosphere of the lodge. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and enjoyable stay.

Derek and Eta were so helpful and friendly. We stayed on the top floor with a beach view. The beds were so comfy and we enjoyed the hot tub. Will definitely come back.

location of the cottage is amazing. dogs loved it. everyone...

location of the cottage is amazing. dogs loved it. everyone we met was so friendly. we ate at Jacks surf bar twice which was lovely. not really much to do in the village if you want night life, but if you want peace and quiet its fabulous

Allonby is a lovely place to stay if you want a nice...

Allonby is a lovely place to stay if you want a nice relaxing holiday. The beach is only a few mintes walk from any property. Unfortunately l found the ice cream parlour very disappointing. I would recommend the ice cream in the Ship Inn it is lovely. The new Landlord Chris is very friendly and welcoming.

Quiet retreat from a busy world.

Quiet retreat from a busy world. The weather is nobody's fault however imagine if sun shines then it a beautiful spot on the coast. If you have your own transport then Maryport 5 miles away has supermarkets etc.

Allonby was nice and quite as it was November lovely sea...

Allonby was nice and quite as it was November lovely sea side walks. Lovely drives to other towns to explore only 20 minutes away and inland to the Lakes. Weather was fair and fine. Jack's surf Bar was good for food and a drink.

Absolutely loved the beach lovely sunsets lovely people!

Absolutely loved the beach lovely sunsets lovely people! It’s an ideal base for sightseeing I highly recommend to all, the lakes are stunning and wonderful scenery to be sure. A truly blissful and relaxing week 😊 I have to give a shout out to Allonby Tea room now that was a surprise and super amazing food. 🌸

Lovely little seaside village, 2 pubs cafe and a small shop...

Lovely little seaside village, 2 pubs cafe and a small shop not open everyday because of the time of year we stayed December. The beach one pub and cafe are dog friendly. The fish and chip shop is currently closed awaiting a new owner. 3 large towns are a short drive away and if you like a walk the coastal path takes you to Maryport. Wonderful views of Scotland across Solway Firth.
