    An overnight stay in a really good hotel.

    An overnight stay in a really good hotel. People can be put off by the Britannia Hotel name but Britannia Elite is in another league in a any event! Huge bedroom size, food and drink were very good and all at reasonable prices. The staff were amazing, too!

    Perfect location for a stop over for work, the room was small but adequate, nice to have a Juliet balcony however this could do with a clean. The dinner and breakfast were both very good. The leisure facilities could do with updating as they were very tired looking. The staff were friendly and helpful

    WiFi good, location good for a stop over on a long journey. Near to M5. Rooms clean, price was reasonable. Breakfast was fantastic. Great choice. WiFi good and huge smart TV. Showers were good. Prices of evening meal and drinks very expensive. Main meal was inedible as overcooked. Not a great choice if half board.

    I visited Hanbury Hall and Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings in the area - both very good. I only spent a short time in Bromsgrove High Street around 5pm but it looked like it had some good places for daytime refreshment or an evening meal.

    Bromagrove holiday inn Is expensive. I paid less money at Bedford holiday inn for one night.comparing to it I paid £112.95 for one night Expensive and facing problem in using my ph because of network issues. Wi-Fi is not working.

    Staff lovely, room nice breakfast good. Restaurant mediocre. Access to Accessible room was through a lit of doors and some difficult to negotiate which is hard for someone with disabilities. . This hotel is under refurbishment so access to patio gardens etc not available. Was not given this information at time of booking. Blood stained duvet.

    Vicky gave me all the information I needed to get to and into the room. Communication was really great. I got there late and was so pleased to find a lovely, clean and homely room. Really great and so much better than the chain hotels locally. Parking was super easy and safe too.

    The location is great, a short walk to the town centre and all the facilities this has to offer. Ample parking to the rear of the pub too. Beautiful building with a lot of history, also offering a good menu should you wish you eat on site. Included breakfast was really good too.

    We travelled down from Scotland to bellow Birmingham. We booked bed dinner and breakfast. The Hotel staff were great, the dinner was lovely didn't expect such a choice Breakfast was great, Bed was squeaky and bathroom looked tired but overall it was just what we needed.

    The food was very very good. The hotel is very comfortable with plenty of seating areas. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. If we lived closer we would go for a meal out there more often as the food is excellent.
