Location was perfect for me as a one night stop over enroute to a local retreat. I would like to go back and explore the area a bit more. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, wonderful food and friendly service. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely go back.

The bar staff were amazing I stayed up late drinking which I normally never do when I travel alone My father was born on Cardrona farm in 1933 and his ashes were scattered in the river just before the hotel was built , your barman and one of the chefs did a toast to him which I was very touched by , it made my stay so special The young barman was lovely and we talked about cocktails and whiskey , he was very knowledgeable for his age and made me feel super welcome I wish I could remember their names

The check in experience was seamless with extremely professional staff. The hotel room was a great size with an extremely comfortable bed and a large functional bathroom with a bath. The breakfast was excellent with a continent buffet and personal service for cooked options. Staff were very friendly and professional. We had drinks in the elegant bar that was very cosy on a cold, wet evening. The staff made it a personal experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. Close to town (we ate in town for dinner). Would thoroughly recommend this beautiful, well appointed property.

Really nice place, reception is the pub which is well decorated. Room is basic, clean, good size with great shower . Shower had plenty of hot water and different shower heads to choose from including waterfall head. Heating worked well in room. Super friendly staff. Great place to stay on main street of innerleithan. Continental breakfast included was nice, had toast, fruit cereals and even soy milk when requested.

Excellent communication from start to finish. The apartment is located in central Peebles but still easy to find parking out front after hours, alternative parking behind the unit if needed. All the lovely little extras such as cereal, milk, butter, and snacks way beyond anything else we've found. We definitely plan to return and stay a few nights next visit.

    The location in Cardrona village is simply beautiful.

    The location in Cardrona village is simply beautiful. As soon as we got home from our stay, we started looking at properties for sale in the area as we loved it so much. The apartment was lovely, everything you need for a small family with 2 young children. It had everything you need to keep you going for your holiday. The rainforest shower was particularly nice to have each day.
