The bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are of a very high standard and a good size, equivalent to a boutique hotel. But in other respects the Swan has the personal, friendly family run feel that you get from a small rural establishment. Anything we asked for we got. I asked for a glass of tap water at closing time and was given two bottles of chilled mineral water, for no charge.
