the accommodation was excellent, very neat and clean. The host was kind, accommodating, always ready to help. A very nice and pleasant person. The breakfast is perfect and abundant. if I ever come back to Epping or close by, I will always look for that particular house. beautifully arranged garden, flowers, grass, hedges, very tidy. we had a great time. the room is large, spacious, the bed is comfortable!

Located directly at the forest, great for nature walks. Super cozy room, even had a handwritten note and some sweets at the desk. Warm lighting and chill music was on when I entered the room which created a nice atmosphere and made me feel comfortable directly. Highly recommend.

    No breakfast included but tea/coffee and biscuits in room super large bathroom with bath and shower all very clean - bed comfortable and warm - comfortable chairs flat screen TV on wall. Plenty of electricity sockets - staff very helpful would stay again This is not an hotel but chalets all with own front door with parking outside. We chose a queen room which was £68 for the night so excellent money

    Everything, the FM is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for ages, and trust me, I've stayed in a few, from being warmly greeted in a delightful bar area, being shown to my room, the room itself, everything was first class, and unfortunately for them, they now have a customer for life....yes...it was that good 15/10

    Loved the quirkyness of the building and location being so central in Epping. Really comfy beds and very well equipped in all areas. Plenty of space for all 6 of us to eat, sleep and relax.
