Absolutely loved everything!! The beautiful room called Loveage we stayed in was divine. The restaurants, the spa, the chill out lounge spaces through to the garden walks. All staff were exceptional, soo helpful always. We adored our stay here for 3 nights and are obsessed with Thyme!!

I came here for a work trip, and I did not want to leave. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant in the hotel had the best dessert I have had in my entire life, but all the food was delicious. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

    A good stop off town ‘Lechlade on Thames’ to visit local places like the Buscot National Trust Manor and gardens. Just a 2 minute drive to one of the canal locks ( St. John’s) and a walk along the tow path for an evening stroll.

    A pretty little Cotswald town with several nice pubs etc, but on a busy through road, it did quieten down at night time though. The New Inn staff were very welcoming and the room was very big and great. Wished we could have stayed longer.

    Lovely Cotswold town. We ate at the New Inn- sorry Very easy to get around Thanks for the 'Young Couple', we are both 80 years old. We were on a church bellringing outing for 4 days, so therefore our short time in the hotel & town.

    The area is full of natural beauty.

    The area is full of natural beauty. Nearby towns and villages are easily accessible by car so perfect for taking in nature, history, meeting with friends or looking for a place to stay in the beautiful Cotswolds. The town of Burford is in close proximity for those who want to visit a traditional Cotswold town and browse the many shops, cafe’s restaurants and pubs. Lechlade offers the tranquility amid the hustle and bustle of local tourism. If you love walking then this setting is just perfect.

    The pub atmosphere was very relaxing, the staff were great and the garden bedroom was very wonderful and warm. The restaurant menu was a bit limited and expensive for a country pub, would have expected some pub grub as well. The breakfast was a little late at 8.00am for workers although they said they could do a little earlier if required, maybe a continental could be put on from 7.00am.

    Absolutely gorgeous village with some lovely boutique shops.

    Absolutely gorgeous village with some lovely boutique shops. We visited the Christmas shop, the charity shop, the health shop and the sour dough bakery. We had breakfast at Lynwood and Co and breakfast and drinks at the riverside. Nice walk along the Thames.

    It was beautiful, lots of nice touches, the log fire, the beams, very clean and neat finish. The taxidermy are a bit odd, but the stag in the hallway on route to the room was stunning and the pheasant was cool in the bar. The bathroom was small but very easy to move around, and great decoration, clean cut lines. Fabulous shower, hot and powerful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was also a great temperature, not hot like so many hotels.

    We liked how clean and comfortable the room was. How close it is to the centre of Lechlade. We liked that parking is available. We liked the tea tray in the room. The drinks in the pub are reasonably priced. Overall it is good for a couple of nights.

    Beautiful hotel in the picturesque Cotswolds. Room was lovely and bed was super comfortable. Loved the extra touches of homemade snacks in the room, negronis and hot water bottle at night. Restaurant was also great and staff were very helpful.
