The whole style and atmosphere were beautiful. Sophie the manager was so friendly and helpful. She gave us the impression that she really cared. Good bed, big tv, good air conditioning. Everywhere was clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to everything.

Great location,we stayed for our 10th wedding anniversary, they did the room up for us,rooms was just what we needed, Staff were very friendly Breakfast was fab we had a cooked breakfast the first morning then a continental one the next and both were lovely, definitely would stay again

The hotel is new and stylish. Love the interior. Room was clean and comfortable and modern. Location was good, very close to train station. Breakfast was great with many choices. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love it! Definitely recommended!

Loved the cocktails bar. Bar guy was very entertaining a fantastic staff member give him a raise very entertaining and helpful with advice for where to walk and explore Chester . Breakfast was really good value
