Beautiful cosy cottage, large separated kitchen so perfect if you are bringing dogs. Nice owners came to leave milk even though we were a very last minute booking (booked while on the M6 as weather was awful and everything was ready for us 40 mins later).

The staff were absolutely wonderful. My mother had mobility issues and they changed rooms around to give her easy access. they went and above what they had to and did it so willingly. Amazing staff. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed and the beds very comfortable.

The breakfast was amazing and the staffs were helpful and friendly. They have outdoor play area and toys for kids and the hotel is kid-friendly. The guest restrooms at the reception area are always clean too. The staffs are approachable and always ready to help.

    A comfortable hideaway in the country close enough to the M6...

    A comfortable hideaway in the country close enough to the M6 to not require a major detour but far enough away to never have to hear it or see it. We were greeted warmly and looked after whenever we needed anything, otherwise left in private. Even our Springer had fun! She was looked after too, being occupied with a ball in the garden whilst we both unpacked. Countryside walks right outside your door with a wonderful gastro pub in the village. A great way to break a long journey.
