This was a birthday weekend and Holly at the spa and Anna / Sam at the dining room really made it an unforgettable one, doing their very best to make it perfect. I’d like to echo again how impressed we were especially with the three named members of staff - they are assets to the hotel and spa and hopefully will be there / promoted for a long time to come.
